MARKETING PLAN AND OBJECTIVE
  • Analyze Market Data and determine current Market Value.
  • Deliver a copy of your listing to you for approval.
  • Prepare homebuyer information packet.
  • Submit description and details to Portland Metro Multiple Listing Service for distribution to all participating Brokers and Agents.
  • Submit listing to internet search sites: usMetroRealty.com, RMLS.com, Realtor.com, and Homeseekers.com.
  • Order Print & Media Advertising:
  • HOMEBUYER MAGAZINES*
  • CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS**
  • Contact and Mail Flyers to Top Real Estate Agents.
  • Develop a flyer with a photo, including features and benefits of your home, and circulate it to cooperating agents in the area.
  • Advertise on a regular basis. (Newspaper, Direct Mail, Real Estate Weekly)
  • Hold Open House as needed.
  • Increase exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
  • Update you as to any changes in the market.
  • Contact all agents that have shown property.
  • Advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more market able to the buyer.
  • Send or deliver “Just Listed” cards to homes/businesses in your area.
  • Advertise in the Oregonian and Your Next Home Magazine.
  • Contact you by phone at least three times per week to keep you in formed of all activity.
  • Explain the various forms of financing a buyer might use.
  • Follow-up with all salespeople who show your home.
  • Pre-Qualify all Prospective Buyers, when possible.
  • Track and process all offers, assist in loan process, termite inspection scheduling, and all other details required to go to settlement.
  • Handle follow up and keep you in formed after the contract has been accepted-- on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
  • Sell your home for the most amount of money with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
  • Accompany you to the Closing/ Signing at the Title Company.
